This site integrates with: YouTube Data API v3 (Yavuz’s own channel only); TikTok Content Posting API (Yavuz’s own account only); Anthropic Claude API (script generation); ElevenLabs API (voice clone with consent). No personal data of visitors is sent to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Comment data: kept until deletion requested. Server logs: 30 days. Analytics: Google Analytics standard (max 26 months).
5. Children’s Privacy
This site does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
6. Data Security
HTTPS encryption used. Standard server security applied. No sensitive financial data collected or stored.

11. Google User Data (YouTube API Services)
The “Yavuz Filizlibay” app is a private publishing tool used only by the site owner to manage his own YouTube channels. With the owner’s permission it accesses, through YouTube API Services: channel details, the owner’s videos, thumbnails, playlists, captions and YouTube Analytics reports.
How it is used: to upload and schedule the owner’s videos, set thumbnails, add videos to playlists, upload subtitles, update channel branding, and read the owner’s own statistics to plan topics and publish times.
Storage and sharing: data is stored only on the owner’s computer. Titles and statistics of the owner’s own videos may be sent to an AI assistant (Anthropic Claude) under the owner’s own account to generate topic suggestions. Google user data is never sold, used for advertising or shared with any other third party.
Retention and deletion: access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; locally stored data is deleted on request via yavuzfilizlibay@gmail.com.
Yavuz Filizlibay’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
